These terms apply to your use of the QuokkaCloth website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Bundle prices are applied automatically at checkout. We may update prices or product details at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if pricing information is incorrect, or if we suspect fraud. You will be fully refunded for any cancelled order.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

4. Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy.

5. Product use

Follow the care instructions supplied. Test on a small hidden area first on delicate or coated surfaces.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and logos, belongs to QuokkaCloth and may not be reused without permission.
